Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

By using Postly, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide, the messages you approve, and compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, email, and messaging laws. Postly drafts content and only sends Gmail messages after your explicit approval.

Service availability

Postly is provided as available. AI-generated content may need review and is not a guarantee of marketing results.

Accounts and third-party services

Keep your account secure. You may disconnect connected services at any time. Third-party services, including Google, remain subject to their own terms and policies.

Phone numbers

Postly can help you get a phone number for your business. Numbers are provided through a telecommunications carrier partner; Postly does not own the network. Prices are shown in Postly, are final, and are paid from your prepaid Postly balance before the number is ordered. The setup fee and the first month are charged when you confirm; the monthly fee is charged from your balance every month. If your balance cannot cover it, the number is suspended and then released. Add funds before you buy.

You are the end user of the number. Some countries require identity and address verification before a number can be used; you must give accurate information about yourself or your business, and you are responsible for following the laws and numbering rules that apply to you. You must not use a number for callback services, calling-card services, collect calls, spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose. Numbers provided through Postly do not support emergency calling unless we say so in writing. If a purchase fails, your balance is refunded. Otherwise a purchase is not refundable, and you can stop a number by asking us to release it.
